For the past 5 yrs I have been a regular customer of the convenience store and gas station. During that time I have come to expect at least some of the gas pumps to be out of order. Most won't give receipts. I was a regular customer because of the people who worked at the store. They were friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They were, prehaps, the best in the area. I felt welcomed, respected and appreciated when I stepped into the store. Recently that has all changed. Unless Mary is working at the store, I get the feeling that I am an interruption to their day. Steve the "Ass Manager" and Chris are the worst. Rickie "The Great" is friendly and flirtatious, but incompetant.
It's the lack of repairs and consistant problems with the pumps that have made me decide to go else where for now on. I might deal with the poor staffing, if there weren't the constant other problems. However, once I realized there was an auto repair shop connected to the store and gas station, I couldn't understand why these issues are allowed to continue.
I can't understand why somebody will trust their vehicle to a shop where the pumps, etc. never get fixed right. I'm taking my business to Jolley's from now on and encouraging my friends to do the same.

My son was on his way from New Hampahire to South Burlington for a Hockey game when his Ford F 150 check engine light and his limp mode light came on...his truck limped in to this shop, where the team there quickly accessed what was wrong and got his truck fixed in about three hours time. I was in a real bind dealing with them from a long distance over the phone and they charged me a very fair price and took great care of my son...Thanks Chris!!

The mechanic's here got my 95' S-10 running the best it ever ran. So when I bought my Subaru I decided to bring it to them instead of the dealership and it's been a great relationship. Rene, Chris and the others do the work you need, when it needs to be done. Thanks guys!
